JobArranged is launching with digital enquiries for UK plumbing and heating businesses. Voice and WhatsApp are later commercial layers.

What counts as one enquiry?

One customer conversation or job-enquiry session counts as one enquiry. Ten messages in the same conversation do not count as ten enquiries.

What if I reach my monthly allowance early?

We do not cut Shailie off in the middle of an active conversation. If usage repeatedly exceeds the plan, we'll help the business move to the right plan for the next billing cycle.

Do I need my own website?

No. You can try Shailie using our interactive demo without having a website. During launch, we'll help you set up the appropriate customer access for Shailie. A dedicated website or embeddable website widget is not included yet.

Does Shailie use real availability?

Yes. JobArranged checks the business's configured workforce capacity, opening hours and booking rules before suitable appointment times are offered. Confirmed JobArranged bookings are then synced to the connected Google Calendar.

How does JobArranged handle safety and booking changes?

Safety escalation uses deterministic rules. Supported bookings can also be retrieved, rescheduled or cancelled through the booking workflow.
